Hekavia Consulting was founded by Kayla Coble after a career spent inside the kinds of operational problems organizations often hire consultants to solve.
Her experience spans healthcare IT and service operations, quality and continuous improvement, workforce management, process and knowledge systems, implementation, training, customer and employee experience, and organizational leadership. She has built functions from the ground up, led teams through change, supported complex client environments, and worked at the intersection of people, process, leadership, and technology.
That experience reinforced something again and again: the visible problem is rarely the whole problem.
A performance issue may actually be a training gap. A quality problem may begin with a broken process. A staffing problem may be a capacity problem. A technology problem may really be an implementation problem. And sometimes the people being asked to fix the problem are working inside systems that make success unnecessarily difficult.
